App Account Registration & Password Reset Guide
Account Registration Process
Step 1: Enter Email Address
Enter your commonly used email address in the email input field.
The system will automatically check whether the field is empty and whether the email format is valid. The cursor will automatically focus on the input area.
Notes:
Please make sure the email address is entered correctly and in a valid format. Do not include spaces, otherwise you may not receive the verification code.
Step 2: Get Verification Code
Tap the “Get Verification Code” button. The system will send a verification code to your email address.
The button will enter a countdown mode, during which you can enter the received code into the input field.
Notes:
The verification code is valid for 300 seconds. If you do not receive it or it expires, please request a new code after the countdown ends.
Step 3: Set Password
Enter your login password in the password field. You can tap the “eye” icon to view the password you’ve entered.
Notes:
Please create a secure password that is easy for you to remember, and make sure both password entries match.
Step 4: Confirm Password
Re-enter the same password to confirm. You can also view the password while typing.
The two passwords must match exactly, otherwise registration cannot continue.
Step 5: Read and Agree to the Privacy Policy
Tap to view the Privacy Policy. After reading it, check the box to agree.
If the Privacy Policy is not accepted, registration cannot be completed and the system will display a prompt.
Step 6: Complete Registration
Tap the “Register” button. Once registration is successful, the system will display a confirmation and automatically redirect you to the login page.
Notes:
If registration fails, the system will display the specific reason. Please follow the prompt and try again.
Step 7: Cancel Button
You can tap the Back button at any time to return to the login screen.
Password Reset Process
Step 1: Enter Email Address
On the password reset page, enter the email address you used during registration.
Notes:
Please ensure the email address is correct and in a valid format, otherwise you will not receive the verification code.
Step 2: Get Verification Code
Tap “Get Verification Code”. The system will send a verification code to your email and start a countdown.
Notes:
The verification code is time-limited. If it expires, please request a new one after the countdown ends.
Step 3: Set a New Password
Enter your new login password. You may use the “Show Password” option to confirm your entry.
Notes:
The new password should meet security requirements. Please avoid overly simple combinations.
Step 4: Confirm New Password
Re-enter the new password to confirm.
Notes:
Both entries must match exactly, otherwise the password reset cannot be completed.
Step 5: Confirm Reset
Tap the “Confirm” button. The system will notify you that the password has been successfully reset and redirect you to the login page.
